Pull

I’ve been neglectful of this blog lately, uninspired, even though I’ve been writing more than usual outside of it. The alarm has been going off at five each morning for the past two weeks. I’ve been snoozing until six, and then writing on my Micah story until seven. I like doing this. I like being with the characters each morning before I see anyone else. I guess actually getting up at five would be even better, but I can’t seem to convince myself of that in the morning, when I’m warm and covered, holding to a dream. I suppose the story will pull at me more than the warmth and the dreams soon. I hope so. Why else write it?
